Weekly office hours
Join the scheduled voice room to ask the Applyy team questions, troubleshoot a workflow, or talk through a product recommendation. Discord event reminders are controlled by each member.
Product feedback
Share requests in the product-feedback channel so the team can clarify the need and discuss it with other members who have the same problem.
Private, tracked support
Run /support for a private intake form. The request enters the same Applyy admin ticket queue as the website support form and is assigned to support.
Keep account details private
Do not post passwords, API keys, resumes, or sensitive account data in public channels. Use the private Discord support command or Applyy Support.
